When I try to save an event I receive the following error:

parsererror, SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

There is an issue with overlapping event checks.

When you see this error - open the web browser console and look for Javascript errors or the network response tab to see what is causing the problem

Alternatively you can disable overlapping event checks in the JEvents config
