I'm interested in the paid submissions plugin for JEvents but I'm curious to know how it works. Specifically with regards to repeating events. Does a repeating event count as one paid submission or multiple paid submissions. Or is this configurable? Is there a demo where I can see this plugin and the configuration options? Without access to the documentation, I can't tell whether it satisfies our requirements

Hello openglobal,

This particular plugin has had small demand and been restricted as it is used in conjunction with Virtuemart.

At present it is only support on Joomla! 2.5 and requires virtuemart. The events are classed as a whole. So 1 creation means 1 token, they could create as many repeats as they like within that 1 event. Although, you can disable the repeat option.

We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee should it not meet your needs.

Thanks
Tony

Hello,

No problem :-).

Unfortunately we are still awaiting on Virtuemart! as we integrated with them on this one for it to work. However, they do not have a stable Joomla! 3.x release yet <!-- s:-( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_sad.gif" alt=":-(" title="Sad" /><!-- s:-( -->.

Thanks
Tony

Hello Joe,

It's on my todo list next week to begin. We are always a bit hesitant with Virtuemart 2.x releases caused us quite a lot of problems as they kept changing core methods and functions which in turn broke ours.

Many thanks
Tony

Hello Tony,

Are there any news about VM3 integration? I'd like to use Sermepa/Redsys payment gateway, and it's the only way I can do it with RSVP Pro... :-S

Thanks,
Martí

Hello Marti,

We have VM3 integration for Paid Event Submission in beta. But not done RSVP Pro yet. I'll see if Geraint has started. VM3 removed / changed quite a bit so some testing will be needed.

Many thanks
Tony

Hi, Tony I would like and be happy to test it for you, if you think its at that stage. Have you done any testing on a system like mine that's 2.5 that would be upgraded to 3.

Hi Joe,

I've uploaded it now to the download area:

https://www.jevents.net/download-area/c ... submission

Please do let me know if you have any issues. But I've tested it all locally successfully.

Many thanks
Tony

Hi Joe,

that's weird as I cannot find:

categories_

Anywhere in the PaidEvents Code.

Can you please send me login details and how to replicate the issue?

Thanks
Tony
