Dear team

i consider to buy your component. it is looking good!

My customer wants this:

a customer wants to attend an event on a specific time and day, for which he/she has to pay
he/she subscribe to this event en pays online using iDEAL (online Dutch payment)
my customer has an agenda seperate from the website f.a. phone and this subscribtion automatically is visable on his agenda
invoices are send automatically to the customer

is this possible via your component? If yes, is there easy to understand documention/tutorial on how i have to arrange that?

i am using the latest version of Joomla: 3.9.18

i hope to hear from you soon.

Kind regards

Hello Renata,

Glad to hear it!

You can certainly use RSVP Pro for event registration .
iDeal however we do not natively support, but you can use Virtuemart or Hikashop for a checkout process.

WE are here to provide help where needed :-)

Many thanks

Dear Tony, thanks for your reply. Some wishes from my client changed. I have also opened a ticket here with the same questions as below since i did not get an answer here, sorry.

But i hope you will reply here so other people have this info also. My questions:

Customer buys f.a. a 10 ride ticket;
Customer gets a confirmation/invoice via email;
After that he/she is allowed to subscribe 10 times to different events which he/she can find on a calendar, free of charge because he/she had already paid voor the 10 ride ticket. (using voucher code? or? any suggestions?)
the owner of the event gets a confirmation via mail that there is an subscribtion on a specific event.
is it possible that the calendar used in Jticketing is combined with f.a. google calendar?

A lot of questions and i hope you can make me happy. If you have other suggestions using your component, i am happy to hear that from you.

f.y.i. i already found a plugin for iDEAL payment

Kind regards

No problem!

Hmm. So it sounds like you are wanting registration limitations if I understand you correctly. So a user can purchase X tokens which will enable them to register for X events. Does that sound about right?

Many thanks

Dear Tony, you make it sound easy. Yes something like that. user must be able to buy all tokens at once and must be able to register for x seperate events.

Thanks!
