Overlapping events not working as intended

Greetings,

We are using Jevents to manage schedule of a specific room, and even thou "Check for specific conflicting events before saving?" is set to "Specific conflicting events", it exihibits a warning of overlapping of a different category (a different place).

Also, we would like that the checkbox to "Ignore overlapping events and create the event regardless " to not show up at all if there are overlapping events.
