1. You should be able to pay by card without joining paypal - did you see a 'pay by card' type link on the paypal page.

2. If that doesn't work I can send you payment details for an international bank transfer instead - its slower but should work. If you want to do that let me know and I'll send you an email with the required payment instructions.

you should not need to register at Paypal at all - is there no were on this paypal landing page that offers you the chance to pay without registering?

Strange - it looks as though Paypal doesn't allow you to pay by card directly from your country.

im from lebanon.

well my brother is in the US and he has a paypal account but it is empty. can i use my visa card to recharge that account even if my visa is of lebanese origin?

Searching online it appears that Paypal will be available by the end of the year. In the meantime there are only 2 options that I can think of I'm afraid - either you can make an international bank transfer or ask you brother to make the payment on your behalf and send him the money (not ideal).
