Is it possible to have multiple color variations of themes on a site? For example alternative-red, alternative-blue, etc? I would like to be able to change the color of the theme by menu link if possible.

Hello,
I'm afraid at present it isn't. You could customise the colors/setup with CSS and then set page classes though?
We can look into query stringing the themes too as at present they are just configuration based.
