Multilanguage category name is not shown

I have an issue with JEvents 3.6.47. I have two categories on my multilingual website. For both categories I translated the name of the category in the Event Gallery tab when editing a category. However, in the frontend only the not-translate names are shown. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I found the issue. The tab with these translations is from another component called Event Gallery. I guess I'll have to make separate categories for each language. Unfortunately It's not possible to have one category and translate the name for all the installed languages
