We are using JEvents+RSVPPro. The events are mainly handled through the frontend by a Joomla user group that has full access rights to JEvents and RSVPPro. The creator of the event can edit and delete events in the frontend and also allow/disallow registration. But the other members of the group can only edit the JEvent details of the event - the attendance options are totally missing in the frontend unless the event belongs to oneself.

Is there a way to allow all memebers of the group to edit also the RSVP Pro details of any event?

You would also need to enable Delete All. WE have been looking at reducing this requirement to a 'Publish/Manage all'

Many thanks

Hello,

The only way to allow that will be to allow them to manage and publish all events. Because it is personal data it's restricted to super users and event creators by default.

Many thanks

So how can we allow them to manage and publish all events? Am I missing some setting? The group already has full rights to both JEvents and RSVP Pro. The only right they do not have is "Delete all".

Ok, thanks. Yes - that fixed it. Never thought about trying that, as didn't want them to do too big mistakes... :p

It's always good to have a good host too, ideally one with hourly, daily then weekly backups... Just in case ;-)
