Joomla 5 Compatibility List

I see that there is a plugin for Joomla 5, but its being said that not all club add-ons are compatible yet.

Is there a list of the ones that are?

I'd like to look at doing the upgrade to J5 if all of my plugins are finished.

Maybe make a page in support that has all the ones ready that you guys can update as their done?

If all your JEvents addons are up to date then you should be able to just upgrade to Joomla 5.

Make sure you leave the backwards compatibility plugin enabled in Joomla for the time being

An up to date backup is always a good idea - just in case

Do you have a plan to provide a jEvents version that doesn't need the b/c plugin? If yes, when will it be available?

Hi Geraint,

I know, probably 1000 other users asked this, but I still cannot restrain myself: Do you have a release date for a JEvents Version, that does not require Joomla's legacy plugin?

JEvents should work without the plugin but some of the addons will not. I am working on a tool to check the codebase systematically - once this tool works we should be able to make sure everything is ready for Joomla 6
