Dear Jevents Team hi!

I would like to ask if one specific user can have view access to all events (of all calendars) without be a member of Groups (and Level accesses) given in Event configuration.
In general can a specific user see all events?

Thank you in advance
Best
JT
Hello JT,

A general users can only see event's they are authorised too. We use the Joomla! ACL to limit which events they can see.

You could assign them to a group which is allowed to see all events, or you set all events to registered / public.

Many thanks

Dear tonyp hi
Thank you for your quick response!
I have a case that every User group views his own calendar via a menu item. I give to this menu item view access based on the user groups. But i have a user that is supervisor of events and if i make it a member of all user groups (let's say 5 users groups) then sees all five menu items! And i want to prevent this

Any idea on that?
Thnx in advance
JT
