In your download area you write that you should not install Version 3.6.83 on Joomla 3.10.X.
Thank you for this information.
But can you please change the XML for the update and there tell the extension that it is not suitable for Joomla 3? Because in the backend update section the update is shown and it crashes the component.
I can see that there are infos about the target platform in the XML but obviously it is not working.
