So, I am considering purchasing JEvents. I am wanting to know if it will do what we need it to do. Currently, someone in my
Organization uses Sign-up Genius to create events with specific slots for people to sign up. For example:

Event: Band Trip to Columbus
Signups:

Chaperone 1: __________
Chaperone 2: __________
Snacks: _______________

Etc

Will JEvents RSVP pro allow me to create these?

Also, we have a few events, dinners, etc that we sometimes charge for to make a little money for the organization, which is non-profit. I am pretty sure that RSVP Pro will allow us to accept PayPal, etc and present the user with a barcode/QR Code to bring to the event? How will we scan that barcode, if that is the case?

Sorry for the simple questions, but I want to make sure before I spend the money.

Which is another sore subject since JEvents doesn’t give any discounts for non-profits. This is going to come out of my pocket to support the organization because there’s not a lot of money. ?

Thanks!
Hello,

That seems perfectly fine for RSVP Pro - (Gold Membership).

You scan the QR Code with a module phone usually you can get a QR Scanner app, but you need to be logged into the site when scanning the codes to check them in.

Many thanks

Thank you Tony!

Just to make sure, RSVP Pro will allow us to have a sign up like I suggested?

Will it show the person that signed up for that specific item publicly? Or can I hide their information and make it show that the slot has been taken?

Thanks again!

Hello jaygrayson

Please accept my apologies on the delay this is unlike us.

Yep exactly, you can show it public-ally and set what field you want to be public. You can also hide as it is by default.

Should we not be able to help it fit your needs we do offer a 30day money back offer!

Many thanks
