Yes you can export a list of attendees and all their custom field values from the attendee list view in RSVP Pro.

I would suggest you purchase a subscription and try it out - if it doesn't do what you need you can ask for a refund - remember to ask any questions you have, there is a lot of functionality so its quite possible that if you can't find something its already there
