Thx. Got it. But now I have a list of 2 columns where the first column is the first attendee and the second is the attendee. See the bottom of

In our case we only want to show column 2 as they are the real attendees. I also would like to style this list.
In Backend we will have the same problem. We would like the parent (the one who pay) to show as they currently do in the attendee column, not the first attendee. This is not critical but it has a practical consequence as custom fields are not searchable Backend, so the parent has to state his e-mail or name of his/her first attendee to the administrator when he/she calls regarding the order (witch they will do ;-) ).
