Should be:

So Paź 26 @16:00 - 17:00
"W rytmach Swingu & Bossa novy"
I don;'t see a date there. but you can customise it as you see fit in the configuration.

Date is OK , please look at time - this is an error part of time is in 12 hour format and part in 24 hour format:

16:00 - 05:00PM


Everything should be in 24 hour time format.
