Im new to this so bear with me. I run a rugby club website and here is the scenario

I have teams at my local rugby club and each team has different calenders for there season fixtures, what i need to do is get each team captain to submit a list of matches throughout the season.

I would like to give them all a spreadsheet that they all keep updated then send to me when its finished, and i simple import so i dont need to do it fixture by fixture.

What is the best way to do this keeping costs to a minimum.
