Hi,

I'm about to purchase a membership but our publisher just pointed something out that we need to resolve first because we permit registered users to post calendar entries. I've been a bronze member in past and its time to upgrade as we now use acymailing and that integration looks cool though I'm also contemplating RSVP Pro.

On our site. lakeconews.com, we can successfully edit events, etc, in the back end but on the front the two tabs go blank so no ability to set time and such. Please see attached image. We first noticed it on the 'calendar' tab while trying to set times, etc. Then going back to 'Common' tab it too becomes blank.

The php limit is 256M and I'm running it through Cloudflare without Rocket Boost.

Site spec:
Joomla! 3.7.3 Stable [ Amani ] 4-July-2017 08:03 GMT
jevents34_3.4.39
Shaper_news365 template

Server spec:
Xeon e5-2680
8MB RAM
Debian 8
Apache/2.4.10 (Debian)
PHP 7.0.20-1~dotdeb+8.2 (cli) ( NTS )
mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.2.6-MariaDB, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.2
Hello,

Welcome to JEvents!

So this isn't an issue we have seen before. But I suspect it is caused by your template, this is something we are happy to look into for club members once you provide super user logins and provide some custom CSS to fix it.

As a test you can add: ?template=protostar to the url when creating an event, this should load the Joomla! Default template and show it working, if not try adding & instead of ?

Many thanks
Tony
