Sorry - your post got missed last week

Are you aiming to migrate your data from one site to another as a one off exercise - if so a MySQL data dump and import may be possible but isn't standard functionality. Do you map managed people to users? Is your user list the same on both sites?

You can import existing Joomla users by setting the user groups to import when editing the person type and then when you go to the list of people filtered appropriately you can import them there
