Event Description Losing Formatting

I am having issues with editing existing events in JEvents 3.4.37. I had created many events with a specific formatting I like (bold/colored text, tables, links). Everything shows up on the website as I intended. However, I just went back into one event to edit some information and when I clicked "Save" it deleted all formatting and it went back into a plain text format. Colors, tables and bold text were all lost and it shows on the website as such. Can someone help me figure out why the event description is not saving the formatting?

Hello,

In JEvents -> Configuration -> Event Editing

Is allow 'Unfiltered HTML' set to yes?

Well, whaddaya know? It was set to NO! I set it to Yes and now everything works. Sweet! I knew it would be something simple that I was missing.

Hi Kurt,

Unfortunately that's only half the problem. This is all related to a Joomla! bug :-( The input sanitization is too tight and the above checkbox change just allows unfiltered since we get it again.

Looking to resolve for JEvents 3.4.38.
