When I create an event with a repeat interval of e.g. 2 days, all events display in the calendar as expected. If I try to change the repeat interval e.g to 5 days, the events calendar remains unchanged and event dates are still set to every 2 days.
Sorry for the VERY delayed response - your post was stuck in the moderation queue for some reason

If you look at the list of repeats in the backend have they been updated?

If you re-edit the event did the frequency change stay at every 5 days?

You are sure its not a caching issue?

Thank you for geting back to me.

Any changes that are made in the Joomla backend are then also changed on the frontend as expected. It's only when a user tries to change a repeating event on the front end that it the repeat events aren't updated.

So, if I change the event details in the front end, i.e. the repeat frequency, amount, days etc, none of the repeated events are affected, even though the details are stored in the main event. In the backend when I change an event an alert message pops up explaining that all repeat events will be deleted and new ones created, but I don't get this message in the front end, if that means anything.

Thanks
Bobby

Are you able to give me the URL and login details (put them on the private site details tab below) so I can create and amend a test event? It sounds as though there may be a javascript clash with something else running on your site in the frontend.
