Date wrong on Frontend

When I enter an event happening 19:45 - 21:45 hr then in the frontend it appears as 7:45 - 9:45 as if it is in the morning. I tried saving the event with 12 hr checkmark checked and PM set. and with the checkmark unchecked. But it doesn't help.

Check your time format settings in the Jevents config and tell it to use one of the european date dformats

I had the same issue.

Date format was set to "From language file". Language file should be fixed (Norwegian for me)..

We absolutly never use 4.30 if right time is 16.30...

I selected Continental German and it was ok.

The first post in this tread is from Nederland and not from Norway. It may be that the same issue is for Norwegian also.
I thought I had fixed this while back, set the hours to ‘%H’ to get two digit time in 24h clock. Can you point me in the correct direction in which file/string this should be corrected?
