Hi,
I have a problem with inserted custom characters. E.g. if I set a hyphen or non-breaking-spaces in a title or description of an event, they are displayed as clean text and not transformed as entity.

How and where can I influence this?

This isn't possible I'm afraid. We support UTF-8 character so you can use a hard space instead - cut and paste it from
