Here is translation of the component to Croatian, front end only, for now..

U need to extract hr-HR.com_jevents.ini to this folder [ your_Joomla_root ] /language/hr-HR/

jevents_croatian_1.5.2.zip

I've added these variables to make translation complete as much as I can.

JEV_EVENT_NOENDTIME=No specific end time
JEV_TAB_COMMON=Common
JEV_TAB_CALENDAR=Calendar
JEV_EVENT_STARTENDDURATION=Start, End, Duration
JEV_EVENT_ALLDAY=All day event or time not specified
JEV_EVENT_12H=12 Hour
JEV_EVENT_NOREPEAT=no repeat
JEV_EVENT_DAILY=daily
JEV_EVENT_WEEKLY=weekly
JEV_EVENT_MONTHLY=monthly
JEV_EVENT_YEARLY=yearly

These variables do not exist in english translation file and should be added to /language/en-GB.com_jevents.ini if u need multilingual component,
also, file <root>/administrator/components/com_jevents/views/icalevent/tmpl/edit.php should be changed accordingly.
In the zip package there is edit.php which u need to copy over file mentioned above
