Hi, I´d like to change the week view display.
I prefer to show not only the date and the month but also the current weekday,
here not only "02. Juni" but "Donnerstag 02. Juni". See attached image.

Where I have to change in the files?

You would need to do a template override for each view you want to change it on. See:
