Hello,

This is a common problem when a module or template is loading an old or badly jquery script.

Can you try disabling modules on the page and see if the issue goes away?

Thanks

Hello,
I am setting up a new joomla page so there are no old modules or scripts but nevertheless I disabled every modules that were not joomla base modules but I still can't save events.
some precision, I am working on a MAC, have no java errors in the browsers and tried Safari, Firefox and GoogleChrome. What I could try is to reinstall a new joomla site and only install JEvents to see if then it works.

What problem do you get when you try to save an event?

What backend template are you using in Joomla?

I am using the default ISIS backend template.
The problem is that I can click as many times I like on SAVE or SAVE&CLOSE or SAVE&NEW but it never saves the event.

Hello,

This sounds like an issue with your editor. What editor are you using?

Many thanks

Are you using a serverside cache? like CloudFlare?

If you switch the editor to non does it work?

Thanks

I am not using such kind of cache. I switched the user editor to none without any problem but that changed noting to the behavior.

Did you enable the Fix jQuery Conflict issue option on the first tab of the JEvents config.

Hi thx very much, I hadn't enabled this Fix. After enabling it, what to say it works now. Tested with different editors - every thing OK now.

Thank you for your help
