Can I export a whole jevents data structure into a new homepage? quasi, mirror. If so, how?

You can export the events yes please see:
https://www.jevents.net/news/item/simple-exporting-and-importing-of-events-new-video
If you need more you can look at the CSV Export / Import option, so listofevents menu item and then set this config option to output as CSV then use this URL to import into your new JEvents Site. But you cannot do an expect 100% replication, just core data/customfields etc.
