Hello tony,
Thank you for the answer! Unfortunately, I can only agree with you in part. The synchronization works with an Office 365 subscription and Google calendar, but not in OWA with an outlook.com account. The appointments are also not updated when they are added in Outlook desktop.
But I have probably forgotten important details about the structure of the calendar:
On my website it is structured in such a way that I have created two native calendars. Both calendars have several different categories.
I would like to offer one of these calendars for subscription, but this is NOT the standard calendar.
I have now found that the subscription works if I do not place any restrictions on the calendars and / or categories when creating the export link. If I add the webcal link in Outlook 365 as a new calendar, the appointments are updated after 24 hours at the latest.
At the same time, I added my calendar to a Google calendar. The dates there will also be updated.
In both cases, Google and Outlook, the category is not displayed!
Example:
Calendar-A (native, standard)
> Category A1
> Category A2
> etc.
Calendar-B (native)
> Category B1
> Category B2
> etc.
If I only select Calendar-B when creating the export link, the appointments are not updated but the categories are displayed.
If I select both calendars when creating the export link - do NOT restrict the selection - the appointments are updated, but the category is not visible.
How do I get the categories displayed?
