Hi Team, we are using jevents for a long time in different pages.
Now we are asked to realize a solution ... please help us to get knowledge, if jevents with some addons (gold or silver - or special services) will be able to fit the needed specifics.

Basically it is a little like appointment booking.

This means: The manager setz up an event - this is for example "open day" - starts at 8:00 am and ends 4:00 pm.
Now we need "time slots".

Users, which are logged in (not public) can see this event, which offers a time slot every half hour or all 15 minutes. They can "book" this single time slot with their name (which is given in case of the logged in status).

After Booking the user will get a notification email which the user can stor in his calendar (.ico filae attached) or print.

On the day of the event, the manager has the ability, to print a excel file ... which shows th time slots, and the booked user names in a list form ... so the manager is able to kow, who is coming when.

Question:
Is it possible to build this with jevents?
If yes, which modules / plugins do i need?

Or is this a extra job, you or anybody else can do?

Thank you or your quick response.
Best
Frank

RSVP Pro would allow your logged in users to sign up for an event - it could be customised to offer the specific time slots as options that could be selected. You could also take payments, add custom options e.g. food requirements etc.

Event manager can see a list of attendees and their selected options and also download a CSV file of this if they require this.

I suggest you take a look at this and if you need help setting up a basic template event let us know in the gold member forum.

Hello Geraint, thank you for your ffedback.
OK understood - i need to buy a subscription - which is OK.
But do you have some more detailes infos?

The current situation is, that a external, manual developed system, shpuld be replaced by jevents.
Jevents is basically part of the website with club addons inside - sp we are already users and customers.

But now yout tell me, we can do what we want ... in the main message, i explained in detail what is needed ...
Also the ability to print. The customer for "his" booked time-slot and the event manager a piece of paper with all bookings in that event with their infso (name)

How can we proceed?
Thank you!

You can create a special menu item on your site (or a latest events module if you prefer) which could be configured to show the events a site user has signed up for - i.e. when logged in you would access the 'my events' menu item to see your own events.

Site visitors could also download/print event tickets (with scanable QR codes if you want).

Event organisers can download (in CSV format) a list of all the attendees with all their custom choices (name, timeslot, allergies, age, custom notes etc. - whatever custom fields you have set up)

Best way forward is to purchase a gold membership and send me login details (on the private site details tab) below and I'll set up a skeleton event for you.
