Hi There,
I am using your JEvents calendar for one of my client's intranet sites.
I have properly downloaded the compressed zip folder into the Joomla Admin area.
I went to the Create category for the calendar and was able to create what I needed.
BUT when I came to the Create NEW calendar, there was NO Save button inside, JUST the CANCEL button.
I have attached a screenshot to show you what I am talking about
Also, how do I make the calendar editable from the front end of the website.
Thanks!

John
There is a button to press at the bottom of your imag. We don't use the save button since the action is different depending on which tab you use

Why is this topic still unresolved - nearly one year later??? my be this is your culture to handle probs in free versions. But are you interested in testing customers??? It could be paying one in future. But not in that way.

And now to my Question: Why I can't still see a "Save" button in our latest free version??? If you tell me, this is no feature for free version - than I'm wrong here. If you'll work on a solution, we can do business together.

Thank you for an answer in less than 12 months.

See attached sceenshot from today

Hi tonyp,

as "colowebstud50" explaint above, there is NOOOOOOO button.

If I'm editing the default calendar, than I can save and close, but not on a new one. Could it be that there is someting wrong with your css? I'm using the Joomlashine Template "JSN Sky". Any other components work fine.

Find attached two new screenshots where you can very clearly see, that there is no button "save". When clicking "...new from scatch" is nothing happen.

I can show you via teamviewer if you don't beleave me.

Hi Chris,

That's because you are not saving you are creating a calendar from scratch and not url, or file. So Click 'Create calendar from scratch' as previously advised.

Many thanks

Hi Tony,

exactly that did I. When I click on "Create Calendar from scratch" the page ist just refreshing, but nothing happens. All entries like Calendar name etc. are away. It would be very helpful if you could check it on the testing page I made for you.

Hello,

Please clear your cache and try again? In-Private browser as a test is also good.

I just reinstalled JEvents with the latest package and created a test calendar.

Many thanks
