Bought Silver Sub - unable to download addons or view silver boards. Am logged in, and can see sub details ("active").
Keep getting message:
"You must purchase a suitable subscription to do that"
on trying to dowwnload.
Acct details:
Subs ID: 35193
Invoice ID: 1707
I checked your Joomla account and it is marked as silver.

Please logout and login at the Joomla part of the site i.e. the home page. Unfortunately Joomla sometimes caches a user's 'session' details and this is not updated until you logout and login again.

This should also update your Forum access levels too.
