After update to Jommla 4.1.0 tooltips do not show up anymore

After todays update to Jommla 4.1.0 and to the latest JEvents packages tooltips do not show up anymore Instead a part of the code is shown > see attachement.

your question has shown the right path: I changed to Bootstrap and everything is ok again.
